I found the staff very helpful, they assisted with directions. the location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants. the room faced a quiet square and i found it clean.

the wifi signal was weak and sometimes disconnected, i needed to reconnect frequently.

The room included necessary amenities like air conditioning. marble flooring added a touch of elegance to the interior. the bathroom had hot water available at all times . The tv was functional.

Wonderful location and helpful staff

early check-in helpful suggestion quiet library

migel and luis facilitated an early check-in upon my very early arrival. i appreciated this because i traveled overnight and felt quite tired. the staff readily provided helpful suggestions. the hotel has a library and sitting area that i would have used more if i had time.

the provided towels felt rough and had a noticeable odor. also, the curtains let in considerable light during the early morning hours. i was also surprised by an unexpected triple charge for a taxi i reserved for the airport.

the hotel did not include extensive dining facilities, but a coffee machine was available in the lobby around the clock. a vending machine offered light snacks. i found several cafes within a five-minute walk.

this location is near the city center across from a bus station. i walked to the train station in about twenty minutes. the cathedral is fifteen minutes by foot. this made getting around quite convenient.

the front desk staff offered detailed explanations of local attractions and provided useful advice. they was professional and efficient. i noticed the reception area remained staffed 24 hours a day, offering continuous support.

satisfactory central hotel

central location good coffee musty smell bathroom ventilation

the location is great. it is just a short walk to many attractions (i especially enjoyed being close to the shops). the staff provided good coffee at the front desk each morning.

my single room faced an internal staircase. there was a musty smell and the bathroom lacked a window or ventilation (it made showering less pleasant).
